Endava, a global technology services company, reported an 8.4% year-over-year revenue decline to £178.5 million in its third quarter, alongside a diluted loss per share of £7.55, driven by uneven demand, extended deal cycles and a £364.6 million goodwill impairment. Despite near-term challenges, the company is pivoting towards AI-native delivery, with AI-driven business growing from 5% to 15% of total revenue. New partnerships include Mastercard and Tyl by NatWest. For the fourth quarter, Endava forecasts revenue between £181.0 million and £185.0 million, with adjusted diluted earnings per share of £0.09 to £0.13. Endava reported a challenging fiscal Q3, with revenue falling 8.4% to £178.5 million, as delayed client decisions, Middle East disruption and slower pipeline conversion weighed on demand. The company lowered its full-year guidance, citing particular weakness in banking and capital markets. Adjusted profit before tax dropped to £3.2 million from £24.6 million year-over-year, whilst adjusted earnings per share fell to £0.05. Free cash flow turned negative and borrowings rose to £195.8 million as share repurchases continued. Despite near-term challenges, Endava is accelerating its AI pivot, with AI-driven revenue reaching 15% of quarterly sales. Tyl by NatWest taps Endava for Dava.Flow solution. The expanded collaboration between the two companies will also see Tyl by NatWest utilise Endava's engineering expertise and components from its Payments Gateway Accelerator. May 15, 2026 NatWest has expanded its partnership with London-listed business transformation group Endava, with the collaboration aiming to "accelerate the evolution" of the bank's merchant payments division, Tyl, according to a joint statement. Under this latest agreement, Tyl by NatWest will leverage Endava's AI-native Dava.Flow delivery model and components from its Payments Gateway Accelerator to increase the speed at which new products and services are brought to market. Endava specialises in building and updating software systems for banks, payment providers, and organisations across sectors including retail, automotive, and travel. Enhancements will focus specifically on payment acceptance capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses served by Tyl in the UK while also "unlocking new revenue opportunities", according to Tyl CEO James Hodgson. The number of merchants served by Tyl grew approximately 5% between 2024 and 2025, with the figure now standing at around 40,000, as stated in NatWest's annual report and accounts for last year. NatWest's commercial and institutional division, under which Tyl is operated, recorded an 11% increase in revenue to £8.81 billion during the same period.
