Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of human resources experience focused on total rewards and/or operations is required.
  • Leadership experience in implementing and administering total rewards and human resources operational processes and programs is required.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analytics skills are required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively at all organizational levels is required.
  • Subject matter expertise in compensation or benefits is required.
  • The ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities during heavy total rewards cycles and processes are required.
  • The ability to quickly establish trust and credibility across human resources and the business is required.
Responsibilities
  • Create, administer, and evolve the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and wellbeing, aligned with the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Direct the annual merit and bonus processes.
  • Lead the Human Resources Operations team in building scalable tools and processes that support people activities across the company.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop recommendations for executive compensation and perform other analyses requested by the Executive Leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop direct reports, and develop Total Rewards expertise across the broader Human Resources team.
  • Monitor benefit- and compensation-related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities across rewards and operations to assess global competitiveness and evolve the Total Rewards and Operations approach.
  • Educate the organization, particularly people managers, on Total Rewards topics.
  • Assist with implementation, rollout, and adoption of CRB's human resources information system and manage vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity.
  • Oversee and manage the Human Resources compliance function, including leading audits, maintaining documentation, testing key controls, and ensuring internal policies and processes support compliance requirements.
  • Advise and consult with the Human Capital and Executive Compensation Board of Directors committees on Total Rewards matters.
