Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive office.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow.
  • Process expense reports and monitor budgets for executive-related activities.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Attend executive meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute notes or minutes.
  • Screen visitors, phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintain executives' calendar schedules and confirm appointments.
  • Arrange meeting rooms or facilities.
  • Make and confirm travel plans.
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed to meet departmental needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry is preferred.
