- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in marketing coordination and/or tradeshow management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute tradeshow, event, sponsorship and customer experiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Onsite role (Bee Cave/Austin) when not traveling.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Business Development to plan, organize, and execute tradeshows, conferences, industry events, sponsorships and customer experiences.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Able to provide an environment with the appropriate tools for the Business Development team to cultivate relationships and grow the business.
- Ensure that the event and tradeshow program is integrated into the wider marketing strategy, activations and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, shipping of equipment. materials and demos and make travel arrangements.
- Develop, prioritize, implement and present comprehensive plans, schedules, and deadlines.
- Supervise and assist in the load-in, set-up, activation, tear-down, and load-out of booth properties, and equipment for each event.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with our designers to create engaging promotional materials, social media posts, videos, animations and presentations.
- Determine and arrange product displays, demos and audio-visual requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, media, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage onsite meetings and connect with customers and partners before during and after event.
- Own the coordination and rollout of sponsorships and speaking engagements.
- Track successes and improvements post event to improve program.
- Organize, budget and plan the tradeshow and event calendar year over year.
