- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows-based systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies, including mobile device management and mobile application management, and Android and iOS operating systems.

- Hands-on experience with information security solutions including web proxies, next-generation firewalls, security gateways, remote access, site-to-site virtual private networks, Security Assertion Markup Language, single sign-on, data loss prevention, and data security, including writing regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, System for Cross-domain Identity Management, security information and event management, security orchestration automation and response, endpoint detection and response, and software-defined wide area network deployments and integrations.

- Experience with public cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to explain complex technology behaviors in simple terms.
- Experience working in and selling cloud-based technologies, including software as a service, infrastructure as a service, and platform as a service.
