Requirements
  • At least 8 years of enterprise sales experience and a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, application programming interfaces, conversational artificial intelligence, and enterprise software.
  • Experience in account management, developing large enterprise clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
  • Experience working in a quota-driven environment with the ability to close high-value deals, including six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including handling complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Prospecting and lead-generation skills, including developing a pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology and other sales methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and drive annual contract value for a specific set of accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Sell communications solutions to technical and business audiences and build trust with technical customers and peers.
  • Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details easy to understand.
  • Balance challenging priorities and handle multiple projects and deals simultaneously.
  • Source new high-value customers and drive the sales process from internal leads through prospect qualification and deal closure.

Twilio's Q2 revenue jumps 22% to $1.5B, stock surges 15.7%
