Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in agency sales / integrated partnerships.
  • European language is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: in person, over email and phone.
  • Confident in presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Strong contacts across EMEA with direct clients and c-suite contacts.
  • Proven experience in selling big budget ideas and solutions to global brands at senior level.
Responsibilities
  • Generating new client leads & building relationships that lead to new business.
  • Working with the existing sales team to stimulate client demand, and convert business.
  • Soliciting briefs. Evaluating client’s requirements. Briefing the creative & strategic planning teams, pitching creative brand & marketing strategies.
  • Negotiating deals with a focus on long-term value, whilst managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep-diving into client’s requirements, identifying upsell opportunities. The goal is to be an extension of the client business and understand their challenges.
  • Overseeing and growing the client database.
  • Managing and prioritising multiple projects in a fast moving environment.
