Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B software business model
  • Solid understanding of the campaign management and measurement process
  • Foundational understanding of Web Analytics (ex: Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), tag management (ex: Google Tag Manager, Tealium), and digital analytics best practices
  • Exposure to business technologies such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), Analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics, Tableau), Sales Analytics (Clari)
  • Familiar with DXP and web CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Familiar with Sirius Decisions frameworks
  • Willing to educate the organization on the benefits of digital analytics
  • Willing to work both independently and as part of a team toward a common goal
  • An excellent communicator who can speak to colleagues of different backgrounds
  • Open to receiving feedback and also delivering feedback openly
  • Motivated to initiate new projects and ideas to drive business value
Responsibilities
  • Analyzing performance results from digital marketing channels (ex: paid search, display, social) utilizing multi-channel attribution models to identify the successful vendors, programs, and tactics
  • Partnering with digital marketing agencies on reporting and analytics needs
  • Building and maintaining forecast models for digital programs that align inputs to ARR
  • Analyzing website performance metrics and providing recommendations to the web team for optimizations
  • Providing best practices for testing strategies and partnering with a digital team on test plans and analysis of results
  • Within your first month, you will be familiar with our product, marketing, and data strategies
  • Within your first three months you will contribute to the success of the business through basic data analysis
  • Within your first six months you will deliver insights and recommendations to help achieve business goals and optimize marketing programs
