We are looking for a Business Intelligence Project Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role you will oversee the application of project management methodology throughout all phases of the Business Intelligence project cycle. The primary responsibilities include project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing Business Analysis, Change Management, Development, Operations, Project Management/Administration, and Team Leadership. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively leading meetings, facilitating sessions, and providing comprehensive status reports to executive-level leadership, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for delivering Project timeline & deliverable, including creating and managing a workback plan.
- Create and maintain Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instance for project management.
- Document program from start to finish, including detailing user stories, features, and Epics.
- Take detailed notes and actions in meetings and manage risks/issues.
- Define requirements within Azure Dev Ops (ADO), groom backlog, and run sprint/status meetings.
- Facilitate Status Syncs with Business Leads and develop/implement Training Materials.
- Develop and Plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including UAT signoff, Go-No-Go meeting, Go-live, and postmortem bug review.
- Collaborate with the v-team and trainers to develop readiness and training for impacted roles.
- Manage team calendar and Rhythm Of Business (ROB) in SharePoint.
- Work independently and engage the Program Manager when additional support is required.
- Drive assigned tasks to completion by effectively communicating with owners and offering support when necessary.
- Engage stakeholders and Project team members in a professional manner, including Executives and leaders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience with ADO, SharePoint, Excel
- 5+ years’ experience in a PM role
- 4+ years’ experience MSFT Office Suite
- 2+ years’ experience Power BI / Reporting databases
- 2+ years’ experience Technical Writing skills/status reporting: Minimum 2 years
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new tools (ADO, SharePoint, Excel, internal tools).
- Understanding of change management processes and methodologies such as Prosci.
- Ability to monitor and report the status of landing efforts and adoption metrics.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $109,000 to $117,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
