As a key member of the Human Resources Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters. This position combines the responsibilities of a traditional HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and effective resolution of workplace issues.
This is an on-site position that will require the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week, and ability to support off-shift employees on a once-a-week schedule and as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and Management in posting job openings, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching discussions.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives, assess training needs, and facilitate employee development programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
- Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and conduct thorough investigations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and operations.
- Strong understanding of California HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and the use of HR metrics to drive decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish | English required.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
