Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and operations.
  • Strong understanding of California HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and the use of HR metrics to drive decisions.
  • Fluency in Spanish | English required.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and Management in posting job openings, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching discussions.
  • Coordinate training initiatives, assess training needs, and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and conduct thorough investigations as needed.
