  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information-technology, systems engineering or related experience.

  • Proficiency in SAP modules and associated business domains (Order-to-Cash, Forecast-to-Deliver, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
  • Skilled in influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers in decision-making processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design, analysis, and realization, ensuring high-quality technology solutions across SAP-centric design, integration (BTP, PO), transformation (ECC to S/4HANA), and application modernization in the Cloud.
  • Collaborate with management, business leaders, IT architecture, and other stakeholders to connect the business roadmap with operational decisions, particularly in areas heavily dependent on SAP-integrated solutions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all architecture design and analysis work.
  • Design and direct governance activities associated with ensuring SAP architecture, development, and security compliance.
  • Provide architectural and technical leadership and guidance to portfolio teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed in developing and deploying SAP BTP solutions using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies.
  • Define the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure SAP technical decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
  • Coach, mentor, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts, application team members, and EA peers to implement SAP architectures that enable and drive new business capabilities and operating models.
