Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
  • Minimum of 12 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Strong focus on regulatory compliance, digital assets, and privacy law
  • Experience navigating the regulatory landscape for financial services or technology products, particularly in relation to blockchain or digital assets
  • Understanding of global privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulations
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience engaging with regulators and policy makers on issues related to financial technology or privacy

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice in areas such as intellectual property, commercial agreements, and corporate governance
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in digital assets, privacy, and blockchain technology
