  • Partners with Executive Leadership and Sales Operations to develop, monitor, and adjust sales goals (financial/budgets and volumes) to achieve sales objectives
  • Monitors sales and profitability to ensure strategic goals are being met
  • Proactively develops action plans to correct performance in order to consistently meet sales goals and revenue targets
  • Creates development plans for the sales team to continuously improve performance against metrics to meet or exceed their goals
  • Works closely with team members to establish their weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Leads day to day operations of a team of delivery operations associates at an assigned location in executing against assigned Hub KPIs, goals, and objectives
  • Understand operational needs, report them to senior leadership and formulate solutions
  • Manage escalations and make real-time decisions around market performance and processes
  • Responsible for meeting key metrics such as; quality, cost and other KPIs as determined by the leadership team
  • Directs all hub opening and closing procedures
  • Manages ordering of necessary hub supplies in partnership with facilities lead
  • Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Up to $90,000 base/year + $20,000 target (uncapped)
