Factory Manager – Manufacturing Operations
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Factory Manager! We’re looking for a seasoned operations leader to join our team as a Focus Factory Manager. In this role, you’ll lead production teams within assigned business unit(s) to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Fosters a people-first culture, prioritizing safety and employee development. The Focus Factory Manager ensures production operations are executed with excellence and employees are supported. This role will report the Sr. Director of Post-Press Operations.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
- Lead plant production operations.
- Oversee KPIs, budgets, and performance goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while driving accountability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, QMS, and all company safety and security standards.
- Partner with executive leadership to set strategy and achieve business growth.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of management experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Proven track record in operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ISO, OSHA, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement practices.
