Decisions and ProcessMaker have acquired Configurable Management, a developer of SAP-focused automation products designed to reduce risk and complexity across data migration, validation and large-scale SAP initiatives. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Decisions + ProcessMaker's capabilities in enterprise SAP environments by combining low-code automation and rules-based decisioning with solutions for SAP challenges across ECC and S/4HANA environments. Configurable Management's Decisions for SAP Solutions operates without requiring software installation within SAP. The deal brings SAP-specific products into the portfolio, including BAPIMatic, which automates high-volume SAP data uploads, and Scriptonite, which streamlines repetitive transactions whilst maintaining SAP authorisation controls. Decisions and ProcessMaker recently merged to create a combined business process automation and AI orchestration platform.
