Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator for a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience creating Salesforce Flows, Alerts, and other forms of automation as well as creating dynamic reports and dashboards
  • 2+ years of user support or providing user training to Salesforce users
  • 1+ year of experience working on end-to-end project lifecycle (i.e. planning and scoping requirements, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, development, execution, deployment, etc)
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player, comfortable presenting to a group
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a scalable process to update, maintain, and audit the accuracy and comprehensiveness of customer data stored in Salesforce
  • Work to improve and optimize Salesforce users’ experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams to design strategy for managing user issues and requests
