Requirements
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with experience making decisions to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Desire to learn Demand Generation operations and problem-solve in a high-growth environment
  • Communication and writing skills for campaigns and presenting hypotheses and results to varying audiences
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Excel
  • A data-driven and technically fluent marketer
  • An excellent communicator and cross-functional partner
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and/or Zapier
Responsibilities
  • Run campaigns to drive pipeline growth using channels like webinars, email, content marketing, direct mail, and more
  • Collaborate on demand generation campaign execution with teams like Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Field Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, and Customer Marketing
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
