  • Manage daily operations of intake, storage, preparation, and shipment of auction items, ensuring workflow accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee the optimization of all auction-related processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments like sales, photography, and editorial.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and reduce operational costs across all auction processes.
  • Act as the key point of contact between operations and other departments, including sales, shipping, and customer service, ensuring smooth coordination of auction activities and addressing operational issues promptly.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, high performance, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the development of staff through training and professional growth opportunities.
