  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design
  • 10+ years of experience in the fashion industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage an assistant level designer
  • Brand appropriate aesthetic (streetwear or alternative clothing knowledge a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally with Graphic Design, Buying and Technical teams to oversee multiple collections across our range of in-house brands
  • Seasonally research and identify marketplace trends when concepting visual mood boards for complete collections by brand and category
  • Manage the overall design process to ensure that the product designed in concept is successfully meeting business needs, timelines and adjusting with feedback from the team
  • Work with the sourcing team to ensure all designs are coming in at cost targets
  • Create technically accurate CAD sketches as well as technical packages to send overseas
  • Attend all fittings and work with the technical team to see their concepts through all stages of fit through production
  • Create at a fast pace with a good work ethic
  • Perform other duties as required
