  • BA/BS in engineering, business, or a related degree, and/or MBA
  • 4+ years in SaaS product marketing with vertical marketing experience
  • Passionate about working with customers and experts to develop targeted messages and assets
  • Experience in ROI-based selling and creating compelling customer case studies
  • Working knowledge of key applications and systems used in one or more target verticals, including Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, and more
  • Stellar written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts and influencing stakeholders, and impeccable attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Develop Glean’s targeted marketing message and tactics for vertical markets
  • Research and understand our customers in target verticals. Learn their use cases, their KPIs, and their approach to AI-powered productivity
  • For each vertical, develop a comprehensive plan to address each segment, including target personas, solution-specific messaging, outbound lead generation strategy, and partnership strategy.
  • Build-out a complete set of persona-specific messaging for the target vertical(s), including sales presentations, website copy, whitepapers, demos, demand generation assets, etc.
  • Develop/curate a set of Glean prompts, workflows, actions, and tools that drive Glean adoption in the target verticals.
  • Enable go-to-market teams on messaging and approach. This includes fellow marketing staff, sales, technical sales, and post-sales go-to-market teams

Glean enhances workplace productivity by providing an AI-powered search tool that works across all applications within a company. This tool utilizes deep learning-based Language Models to understand natural language queries, allowing users to find information more easily. It continuously learns from the unique language and context of each company, improving the relevance of search results without manual adjustments. Additionally, Glean offers a chat assistant that can deliver answers, analyses, and summaries from various company documents and communications, further increasing efficiency. Unlike many competitors, Glean's focus on natural language processing and its ability to adapt to a company's specific context set it apart. The goal of Glean is to streamline information retrieval in the workplace, making it accessible and efficient for all types of organizations, from startups to large enterprises.
