Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of HR systems experience (SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday, Ceridian, Peoplesoft or other HR systems preferred) including security, business processes, configuration and integrations for a variety of modules such as Recruiting, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation Management
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with systems management and reporting tools including the ability to create and conduct complex analytics / dashboards utilizing Excel
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business and functional leaders as well as system end-users at all organizational levels
- The ability to articulate vision, strategy and complex systems and processes to a wide array of people with different skill sets and systems knowledge
- Integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills (identify issues, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions) with a track record for planning, executing and auditing work
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop forward-thinking technology solutions that streamline, automate and improve HR and business processes and the end-user experience for all HR systems
- Work with HR and IT to maintain and improve the HR systems, including business process development, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, maintenance, releases/upgrades, end-user access, security, confidentiality, system efficiency and data integrity across all HR platforms
- Serve as the system administrator for all HR systems and applications by providing production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities and maintenance (including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches and collaborating with functional and technical staff to apply upgrades/corrections); recommending solutions or alternatives to meet business, system or end-user requirements; troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Provide support to HR team and SMEs as it relates to systems, best practices, processes, access and reporting needs
- Develop standard and custom reports/queries/dashboards for internal customers and maintain data integrity by regularly running queries and analyzing data
- Conduct training on new/changing processes/functionality including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Develop/maintain work instructions and process documentation for all processes, tests, system configurations, etc
- Manage the audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of all HR systems
- Research, assess and maintain HR system vendor relations/contracts, remain current on feature releases including new functionality and actively seek opportunities to leverage enhancements in support of organizational needs
