Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to understand current workflows
- Use LEAN and quality principles to design and document process, work instructions, and training materials
- Test processes for effectiveness, perform time studies and build scalable processes for volume increases
- Asses the training program regarding operational processes and any training needed to improve operations
- Manage customer complaints and take corrective actions where necessary
- Process solutions based on customers design requirements
- Develop process controls
- Oversee implementation support
