Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, Legal Quality Improvement, Labor Law
  • Organizational, analytical, and project management skills

  • Being fully bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute HR compliance and integration strategies
  • Create, update, and audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company, federal, state, or local regulations and applicable employment law
  • Partner with the Legal department as needed to ensure overall compliance for the company
  • Elaborate contracts and oversee candidates' information during his life at Incode
  • Manage and update information in our HRIS and files
  • Provide compliance support, including overseeing the implementation of any new compliance requirements and monitoring and updating any existing programs, policies, or procedures
  • Ensure the process of Background checks making sure we have everything for compliance purposes
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR to develop practical procedures in support of compliance policies
  • Contribute to the development, review, testing, and administration of any compliance training (Harassment Prevention, Accommodating People with Disabilities, Mandated Reporter, etc.). Set up and monitor acknowledgment reporting and notification process to ensure completion
  • Participate as the point of contact between Incode and immigration firms and agencies to oversee documentation required for employee relocation, visa application, and migration status, coordinate and be the point of contact with employees during the process
  • Participate as the point of contact between Incode and Labor Regulatory Entities
