  • 4+ years Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering experience or equivalent experience - practitioners are welcome as well

Responsibilities
  • Lead as a technical domain expert in Build Solutions (Bazel, Chromium, etc) for the sales team and on strategic client relationships
  • Configure, install, and support EngFlow products and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure EngFlow meets client objectives
  • Articulate EngFlow’s technology and positioning at the executive, business, and engineering levels
  • Participate in pre-sales engineering activities including technical discovery, business value proposition, architectural guidance, sales campaign support and building client relationships
  • Help foster an environment for ongoing strategic customer success
  • Actively work with and provide feedback to EngFlow’s engineering team to help guide the direction of our platform
  • Reach out to potential customers with the goal of starting conversations, scheduling an introductory meeting, and creating new sales opportunities from outbound efforts through LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, Github, emails, etc.
  • Develop prototypes and tools that help bridge the gap with existing leads, gather more leads and/or broaden the addressable market
