Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in technical field and proven experience. MBA and business training are advantageous.
  • Knowledge semiconductor capital equipment business ecosystem, including KLA's customers and competitors.

Responsibilities
  • We establish and actively communicate comprehensive service growth strategies across groups within KLAS, regions, and product divisions, covering across all stages of product lifecycle including new, volume and legacy products. We develop new content including service programs and revenue targets for new products maintaining and complementing the product strategy, develop compelling collateral that can be used with customers in support of pricing. Define custom offerings, including multi-tool management and data analytics, resulting in improved value over product lifetime.
  • Use innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and remote support as part of comprehensive service portfolio value chain. We directly participate in the sales cycle, ensuring service value communication up front during product sale. We also support headquarter and field sales as needed to achieve targets. Run execution of service revenue plans, making course corrections where appropriate. Review progress to plan regularly with management teams, make compelling recommendations if tactical or operational changes are needed.
  • We collaborate with customers to identify and resolve unmet customer needs and promote service benefits and offerings. Work with field teams and customers directly to ensure needs are met consistent with our strategy.
  • We gather intelligence about alternate product and service offerings and ensure KLA solutions are value differentiated against those. We drive cross-functional programs, product improvements for the release to the field, continuously assess cost and benefits, and contribute to swift resolution of WW tool-impacting field issues. Ensure KLA's internal systems accurately assess all service offerings, including price lists, improved coverage, analytics, fleet management and other beneficial options.
