Requirements

  • Spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and manage engaging digital programs, such as webinars and interactive content experiences.
  • Establish and manage rigorous testing protocols to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Marketo-driven marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of demand generation website content, landing pages, and other digital assets aimed at driving lead creation.
  • Drive the demand generation strategy and execution of digital media campaigns, including media buying, planning, and performance analysis to boost pipeline growth.
  • Champion the refinement of the customer's digital journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience that fosters lead conversion.
  • Leverage social media platforms strategically to accelerate lead capture and pipeline creation.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Identify and implement training and development opportunities to upskill the team.
