Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development
  • Strong background in designing and launching training programs from scratch
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, HR software, and digital learning tools
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies and company culture development
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement JD Logistics’ first-ever training and development strategy, aligning it with business goals
  • Establish scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to standardize training programs across the Americas
  • Identify critical skill gaps and create training programs that enhance employee performance and leadership capabilities
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs to accelerate new hire success
  • Roll out functional, technical, and leadership training programs tailored to regional and role-specific needs
  • Introduce and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track and scale training efforts
  • Embed JD Logistics' culture and values into all training and development initiatives
  • Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and career growth
  • Use data and employee feedback to assess training effectiveness and optimize learning initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and operations teams to ensure training programs align with business needs
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Leadership (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CPTM) are a plus
