Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a demonstrated commitment to staff development and team empowerment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and hospitality management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings with the ability to provide expert recommendations.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or an equivalent qualification recognized in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Food safety and hygiene certification or equivalent knowledge of safe food and beverage handling practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a collaborative team and independently.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of local health, safety, and hospitality regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to develop a high-performing team.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards and flawless execution across all service operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with patrons.
  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to identify and capitalize on new food and beverage opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Train and educate staff on proper food and beverage handling, service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Manage conflict resolution professionally and efficiently while maintaining team morale and motivation.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering results under pressure.
