Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 3 years of recruiting experience with a mid-to-large organization of 1,000 or more employees.
  • The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
  • The candidate must have experience using applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems to manage full-cycle hiring processes.
  • The candidate must demonstrate expertise with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information and data.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments.
  • The candidate must be highly organized, flexible, proactive, and able to shift priorities while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Consult and partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition programs that ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.
  • Develop and enhance community outreach programs and promote the employment brand through professional relationships.
  • Evaluate potential candidate profiles and conduct preliminary phone screens and in-person interview assessments.
  • Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
  • Source candidates through online databases, advertisements, job fairs, networking, and other creative avenues.
  • Obtain position requirements and behavioral profiles, determine compensation, update job descriptions, and manage the entire engagement process.
  • Facilitate new-hire orientations, coordinate onboarding efforts, and assist with other training programs as needed.
