  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 5+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, and execute launch readiness for the US region.
  • Develop the US go to market strategy through collaboration with Global Marketing, Market Research (MR), and Market Access (MA).
  • Develop the US peer to peer (P2P) strategy for SV.
  • Develop KPIs for key tactics that will drive launch performance and optimization.
  • Partner with Integrated Media Strategy Team to develop a robust US HCP and Patient strategy. Manage media investment/channels and performance indicators to support objectives.
  • Co-develop in partnership with Global Marketing best-in-class HCP launch content that strategically positions SV to win on behalf of patients, in a highly competitive market.
  • Lead US Congress strategy and execution as well as other key internal and external engagements (e.g. Ad Boards, strategic workshops, etc.).
  • Lead various US vendor relationships, work processes, and expenses to meet business objectives.
  • Lead the development of all US launch readiness frameworks defined by launch excellence.
  • Conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.
