Responsibilities
  • Communicate with field and inside sales teams in person, via phone, Teams, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.
  • Assist sales representatives with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Interacting closely with other FLIR departments and Teledyne lines of business
  • Work with a salary and quota-based commission plan
