  • Hands-on eDiscovery Project Management and consulting experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize, prepare detailed documentation, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Relativity, Relativity Analytics, Brainspace, and Reveal/Mindseye Discovery Manager
  • Certifications in any of the mentioned platforms, especially Relativity Certified Administrator, are a strong plus
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, Alteryx, Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, and PowerShell
  • Experience in litigation matters, regulatory and corporate investigations alongside legal teams
  • Ability to engage technically and commercially with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of European languages like French or German is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours

  • Proactively manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects as the Lead Project Manager
  • Identify and address client needs, participate in client discussions and meetings
  • Create and manage large and urgent document reviews with complex workflows
  • Overcome unexpected technical and operational challenges with a problem-solving approach
  • Communicate clearly and precisely in written and oral form
  • Perform quality control review over work product
  • Assist in managing, coaching, and mentoring junior staff
