  • 6+ years experience as a creative copywriter in an in-house brand, agency, or hybrid environment, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns & consumer-focused brand campaigns
  • Proven ability to create both brand-building and performance-oriented creative
  • Experience writing for experiential/physical environments, spatial storytelling, and environmental expressions is a plus
  • Portfolio requirement: please include a digital portfolio showing integrated campaign marketing creative, brand campaign creative, experiential/environmental creative, at least one project you led from concept through execution, and any personal projects
  • Expert-level writing craft: tone, voice style and personality
  • Strategic thinking to structure a solid brand voice that reflects the business goals
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to generate ideas that scale across channels
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven copy
  • Experience building copy systems (not just one-off pieces)
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google ecosystem (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc)
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence tools to automatize production
  • Understanding of production for digital, print, and environmental executions
Responsibilities
  • Lead language development for integrated campaigns across brand, growth, lifecycle, and experiential
  • Concept high-performing performance ads (static, video storyboards, social formats) informed by testing insights
  • Develop brand campaigns, including tone of voice, personality, style direction, and language systems
  • Write for experiential environments, including pop-ups, installations, out-of-home, live brand activations, and physical signage systems
  • Partner with the broader Marketing & Product teams to turn ideas into breakthrough creative
  • Collaborate with designers, producers, and external partners & agencies to create compelling creative for customers and business partners alike
  • Present work clearly and confidently to creative leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Elevate the standard of copywriting, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints, digital, social, print, and experiential
  • Maintain exceptional executional quality, even within fast-paced, iterative testing environments

Zipline, an American robotics company operating the world's largest autonomous delivery system, has raised over $600 million and is now valued at $7.6 billion. The company has surpassed two million commercial deliveries and will expand to Houston and Phoenix in early 2026, with additional metros following later in the year. Zipline's US deliveries have grown approximately 15% week-over-week for seven months. The service delivers food, retail and healthcare products in as little as 10 minutes, with a median flight time of three minutes. New sites now reach 100 deliveries per day in just two days, compared to 10 weeks for the company's first Dallas location. The company exceeded its Q3 daily delivery volume target by 30% and reached its Q4 target six weeks early.

Zipline Receives $150M for HIV Care

The Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) announced a $150 million funding initiative from the U.S. State Department to expand Zipline's drone delivery network for HIV care in Africa. This will increase outreach from 5,000 to 15,000 health facilities, benefiting 100 million people. The initiative has already delivered 86,000 antiretroviral treatments and empowered 38,600 adolescents to get tested. The program aims to eliminate HIV transmission in Africa through innovative healthcare delivery.
