Responsibilities
  • Create and evolve the QA strategy for your product area.
  • Introduce and take ownership of quality and testing metrics for your product area.
  • Oversee QA activities for major product features, ensuring appropriate and high-fidelity testing.
  • Coordinate testing efforts between QA team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members in best practices and methodologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for critical features.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex defects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
  • Ensure that all QA activities are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
