  • Advanced graduate student in Computer Science
  • Deep understanding of virtual and physical memory management in an operating system kernel
  • Knowledge of runtime systems usage of memory and compiler optimization techniques to access “far” memory
  • General research skills and the ability to collect and present results, and pass on gained knowledge to peers
  • Ability to work in a remote, command line environment; e.g., ssh, bash, vi, emacs, etc
  • Experience with disaggregated memory concepts preferred
  • Linux kernel hacking preferred
  • Understanding of how multi-kernels manage memory preferred
  • Experience running HPC and ML applications and evaluate their performance preferred
