  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in channel sales, partner management, or related roles in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner programs and driving revenue growth through partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse partner management team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prior experience as a Director or similar executive role in channel management is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit strategic channel partners that complement SpyCloud's offerings and expand market reach.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and tools to enhance partner success.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the direct sales team to drive joint sales efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Channel Revenue Growth: Set clear revenue targets for channel partners and monitor progress towards achieving sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with channel partners, providing guidance, support, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive demand and lead generation through channel partners.
  • Channel Program Development: Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and promotions to incentivize channel partner success.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of channel partner programs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about channel trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance SpyCloud's competitive positioning.
