Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements, etc.)
  • Experience running and analyzing marketing campaigns, timelines, and deployment in a robust business
  • Strong analytical skills using data to tackle problems and translate results into recommendations
  • Comfortable with querying and logic (SQL knowledge a plus)
  • An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in end-to-end promotional execution, cultivating extensive knowledge of cross-functional partnerships
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to develop a roadmap & playbook for Sportsbook promotions
  • Assist in development of the promotional strategy, calendar and roadmap
  • Liaise with the Customer Support & Trading teams around CRM specific and wider marketing campaigns; ensuring the support teams are informed about all live and upcoming offers
  • Liaise with promotional operations on having onsite content updated and promotions fulfilled
  • Analyze the efficacy of our campaigns & strategy by utilizing the data available and coordinating with analytics teams
  • Utilize campaign, customer and competitive data to inform planning; clearly communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommend new opportunities to Customer Marketing leadership
  • Cultivate extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including promotional & product strategies and capabilities
