  • A well aligned people and product centric compass

  • Experience managing design teams of 10+ members
  • 5+ years of experience in a Design Leadership role
  • A passion for reducing friction by improving processes and workflows both within the design team and cross-functionally
  • The ability to make difficult decisions with accountability and transparency
  • Very strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of business strategy, key business metrics
  • Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility
  • Bias for action and a relentless commitment to high quality outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Nurture a high-powered group of designers & design-leads
  • Evolve a culture of inspiration, creative risk-taking and pride in craftsmanship
  • Champion fast iteration, deep user research, and broad experimentation
  • Ensure excellent execution by partnering with PM and Engineering teams to accelerate development and iteration while maintaining high quality
  • Create experience roadmaps, influence product strategy
  • Provide direction from concept work all the way through execution
