- Provide legal and commercial support on fund launches, restructurings, mergers, and product developments.
- Work with colleagues across Corporate, Tax, Finance, Real Estate, and Regulatory teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
- Participate in business development initiatives, client presentations, and thought leadership activities.
- Build and maintain client relationships while delivering legal advice.
- Lead the day-to-day management of complex fund establishment and regulatory projects.
- Engage with the Central Bank of Ireland and other industry bodies on behalf of clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the wider team.
- Work with partners on strategic client matters, business development initiatives, and fund transactions.
