What believers are saying

  • FDA accepted ulixacaltamide NDA, setting a 29 January 2027 essential tremor decision.
  • Relutrigine NDA acceptance creates a second 2026-2027 regulatory catalyst in rare epileptic encephalopathies.
  • Approximately $1.4 billion cash and investments funds operations into 2028.

What critics are saying

  • A Complete Response Letter for ulixacaltamide would eliminate Praxis's nearest commercial launch.
  • Relutrigine rejection on 27 September 2026 would damage confidence in its sodium-channel platform.
  • Essential tremor adoption remains uncertain against entrenched off-label treatments and payer scrutiny.

What makes Praxis Precision Medicines unique

  • Praxis targets neuronal excitation-inhibition imbalance with human genetics-guided CNS drug design.
  • Its Cerebrum platform produces orally available precision therapies for defined neurobiology.
  • Solidus expands into antisense therapies, diversifying beyond small-molecule sodium-channel programs.
