Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.) or equivalent work experience; advanced degree (MBA and/or CFA) preferred but not required.
  • 12-15+ years of experience in financial services, with meaningful exposure to technical product management, investor relations, investment consulting, or private markets (e.g., private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or evergreen products).
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with institutional or wealth clients, sales teams, and/or investment professionals in a client-facing or product-focused capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messages to varied audiences (investors, senior management, sales, and partners).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of ownership, organization, and attention to detail; comfortable operating with limited oversight while collaborating across a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong aptitude for working with data, presentations, and reporting outputs.
  • Direct experience with private markets products or platforms, including commingled funds, evergreen vehicles, or customized mandates.
  • Familiarity with RFP/DDQ processes, investor reporting, and sales enablement tools.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members and coordinating work across global teams.
  • Comfort presenting to senior internal stakeholders and external clients, including at conferences, investor meetings, and firm-wide events.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary product/platform representative (closed end and evergreen products) for internal and external stakeholders, acting as the conduit between the investment team and client-facing teams.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of assigned products through the full product lifecycle, from fundraising and launch through investment period and maturity.
  • Develop and refine platform positioning, key messaging, and commercial narratives that clearly articulate the strategy, track record, and competitive differentiation of the platform.
  • Oversee and coordinate fundraising efforts across assigned products (closed end and evergreen), partnering with Global Client Solutions to plan campaigns, track pipeline, and support targeted prospect coverage.
  • Lead or support investor/prospects meetings and calls, including preparation and delivery of materials covering portfolio analytics, case studies, performance, pipeline, and market developments.
  • Drive ongoing investor communication, including recurring and ad hoc updates, investor letters, reporting commentary, FAQs, and responses to complex inquiries.
  • Own or co-own marketing collateral for assigned platforms (e.g., pitchbooks, factsheets, platform decks, RFP language, due diligence materials) and ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up to date across channels.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Development to execute go-to-market plans for new funds or product enhancements, including messaging documents, thought leadership, presentations, web content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Maintain platform-specific standard responses and data points to support efficient completion of RFPs, DDQs, and recurring questionnaires.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the structural, operational, and legal aspects of assigned products, including fund terms, cash flows, reporting requirements, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance to support product onboarding, ongoing governance, documentation, and process enhancements.
  • Monitor platform health and KPIs, providing data-driven insights on fundraising progress, investor mix, product capacity, and other commercial metrics to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product Development and Investment leadership to evaluate new product ideas, feeder vehicles, and extensions that align with investor demand and firm strategy.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence on the platform’s opportunity set, peer offerings, investor feedback, and structural trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with global sales, client teams, and internal stakeholders on key platform updates, helping to align messaging and priorities across regions and channels.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to junior product team members supporting the platform, delegating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and contributing to training and development.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client requests or nuanced product questions, collaborating with senior stakeholders as needed.

Summit Partners retains NinjaOne stake with $625m continuation vehicle

Summit Partners is transferring part of its investment in NinjaOne to a continuation vehicle, raising $625m in a transaction led by Lead Edge Capital and Hamilton Lane. The deal comprises $500m for the continuation vehicle and $125m in uncalled commitments for future development. The vehicle will hold approximately half of Summit Partners' stake in NinjaOne, which provides cloud-based IT endpoint management solutions. Existing investors could sell their stake, transfer exposure to the new vehicle, or combine both options. NinjaOne's valuation has surged from $5bn in February 2025 to $12.3bn by June, following a $400m Series C funding extension. The company serves nearly 40,000 organisations across 140 countries with over 2,000 employees. Summit Partners operates from Luxembourg alongside offices in Boston, Menlo Park, New York and London, managing over $44bn in assets.

Hamilton Lane launches tokenised GPA share class. 26 May 2026 US based private markets asset manager Hamilton Lane has launched a tokenised share class to access Hamilton Lane's Global Private Assets Fund. The launch aims to leverage blockchain-based distribution models to deliver a more efficient, transparent and flexible investment experience for investors in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. The tokenised GPA share class will be available through the Allfunds platform and supported by Allfunds Blockchain as the technology provider and Apex Group as transfer agent, enabling end-to-end digital subscription, administration and servicing. Initial investor BBVA Asset Management, based in Madrid, will benefit from an exclusive distribution period, reinforcing the bank's commitment to innovation and to having an active role in exploring new digital distribution models for private market assets in Europe. GPA is an evergreen fund designed to provide investors with a diversified exposure to private equity through a single commitment. It seeks to generate capital appreciation over the medium- and long-term through investments in private assets globally, while solving for some of the challenges of a traditional private markets fund. Hamilton Lane's fair value drops to $155 as analysts split on targets amid fee outlook concerns

Hamilton Lane's fair value estimate has been revised down from $168.57 to $155.14 as analysts reassess the stock. Recent target moves have been mixed, with some firms raising targets from $166 to $184 whilst others have cut theirs by $30 to $50. UBS initially lifted its target to $184 in January 2025 before resetting it to $150 in February, maintaining a Buy rating. Oppenheimer and Morgan Stanley raised their targets in early 2025, suggesting continued confidence in execution and fee potential. However, BMO Capital cut its target by $30 in March 2025, followed by Keefe Bruyette's $50 reduction in April 2025, reflecting more cautious revenue and fee outlooks. Hamilton Lane launches $94B credit income fund for private wealth investors

Hamilton Lane has received SEC approval for its Hamilton Lane Credit Income Fund, a new private credit vehicle targeting individual investors.
