Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting a senior manager/executive in an administrative role
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and make a positive impact
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and presentations, proficient with Powerpoint
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset, willingness to help out in all situations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative support for team processes and programs
  • Provide administrative support for PitchBook's VP of Data Operations
  • Drive culture-building activities for the Data Operations department
  • Support cross-functional and org-wide initiatives and presentations
  • Coordinate inputs from various team members to prepare presentations and documentation
  • Provide thorough note-taking in team meetings
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing documents including those with sensitive and confidential information
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects
