Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of professional experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, experience required
- Proven success in meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with elements of ambiguity
- Strong experience effectively working within integrated cross-functional teams with the ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally
- Advanced knowledge of retail analytics and current financial planning methods, including retail open to buy plans
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including relationship building, as well as strong persuasive speaking and proven negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications and sales software
- Willing to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Drives sustainable and profitable sales growth with assigned key and specialty accounts
- Cultivates sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset, leveraging analytics, and aligning to brand priorities
- Collaborates and utilizes sales analytics and product, consumer, and marketplace insights to construct and communicate compelling seasonal Go-To-Market plans
- Provides business forecasts to internal stakeholders
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to run a best-in-class business
- Builds and maintains exceptional account relationships and serves as a liaison to various stakeholder teams
- Collaborates on the development of long-term growth strategies that align to brand expectations and deliver on goals of increased market share, while elevating brand equity
- Delivers compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing elevated and persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to create and implement marketing plans that build consumer awareness, drive conversion (sell-through), and lead to brand advocacy
- Performs other duties as assigned
