What you will be doing:
We are looking for a driven, talented bilingual (French and English) marketing manager with experience in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, to help us drive demand for our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions, which empower organisations to fight financial crime! We are building cutting-edge solutions that help create a safer world and stop money from ending up in the hands of criminals.
You will be a self-starter joining the EMEA Field Marketing team, focused on driving growth in French speaking European markets and supporting broader English languge campaigns as required. Taking a leading role in a high-performing GTM team, you will work closely with colleagues from our commercial organisation and will be tasked with both building awareness of ComplyAdvantage and driving new business demand for our market leading technology and data solutions. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market share and over-delivering on commercial objectives.
As a Marketing Manager joining the EMEA field marketing team, you will:
- Take a lead role in a cross-functional Go-To-Market team, providing marketing expertise to shape strategy and ensure tactical execution that is fully aligned with commercial objectives.
- Lead the execution of thought leadership and demand-generation programs from start to finish, utilising the full marketing mix and driving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track effectiveness & optimise marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Seek and manage partnerships (marketing partners, consultancies and trade associations) in French-speaking European countries to build awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with in-house and external subject-matter experts to ensure marketing is topical, relevant and timely.
- Manage sponsorship/hosting of webinars, breakfast briefings, conferences and industry-related events.
- Work closely with translators, proofreaders and consultants to localise websites, content and campaigns to the french language.
- Work with the FR SEO agency and internal SEO lead to help increase traffic and conversion on the FR site.
- Work with the Director of Content and PR to develop press releases and case studies.
- Manage the French social media LinkedIn account.
- Manage an allocated budget.
- Provide regular reporting on regional progress to marketing leadership.
Within 3 months you will have:
- Taken ownership of the French speaking European countries marketing programme
- Begun planning and initiating marketing campaigns
- Built productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, that ensure you can hit your objectives
About you:
As an EMEA Marketing Manager, you will have:
- Communicated fluently in French (native or bilingual proficiency) and English (professional proficiency) in order to conduct business, review and refine communications and represent your organisation
- Executed and evidenced effective marketing strategies and tactical plans in B2B SaaS technology markets
- Demonstrated robust knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
- Leveraged your astute commercial awareness to deliver outcomes focused initiatives
- Inspired, activated and co-ordinated people to execute campaigns with excellence
- Utilised marketing/sales-related software programs (Hubspot, salesforce), to automate processes, gather insights and drive strategies
- Applied your effective communication skills and adaptable communication style to interact with colleagues, senior management, customers and external partners
- Exhibited exceptional time management and organisational skills to plan and execute multiple marketing projects and initiatives simultaneously..
- Increased demand for solutions through creative and innovative thinking that generated compelling marketing ideas and propositions.
- Used your analytical and problem-solving skills to capitalise on business opportunities and drive demand.
- Demonstrated and evidenced strong performances; degree level education and/or formal marketing qualification desirable but not essential. ComplyAdvantage is a performance driven organisation and we welcome applications from those who can demonstrate the above, regardless of qualifications.
