  • Create and present business and technical solutions to senior level management and client/prospect audiences.
  • Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for technology solutions.
  • Ensures the execution of predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
  • Representing Operations/Delivery in UK governance forums.
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment such as an FCA regulated organisation.
Responsibilities
  • Establish team goals and provide directions for accomplishing the same
  • Responsibility for direct reports (1:1s, coaching, reviews, comp, etc.)
  • Develop 'top 2 / bottom 2' plan for direct reports
  • Foster team culture (regular team meetings, outings, collaboration, etc.)
  • Responsible for the assignment & quality delivery of all customer orders within the purview of assigned area
  • Active participation in the leadership responsibilities & duties as assigned.
  • Fostering of Enterprise relationships directly related to assigned area
  • Ability to manage & troubleshoot orders for assigned area & across Global Delivery
  • Develop understanding of our processes, capabilities & data
  • Responsible for process Improvement, automation, and implementing innovations.
  • Lead & drive initiative that improves efficiency or revenue across the Global Delivery team.
  • Secure buy-in and agreement from peers on the leadership team and strategic partners.
  • Direct responsibility for key function of leadership team such as metrics, compliance process, or owner of key responsibility as assigned.
  • Visible & present leader who actively mentors or develops key relationships with associates in delivery teams and across TransUnion & provides guidance / coaching.
  • Training & growing associate knowledge regarding products & processes.
