Responsibilities
  • Facility and comfort with “new category” sales and business development. Omada carries with it a strong foundation for Health System sales, yet there is much to learn about the market that will require creativity, flexibility, and a deep understanding of value drives both for Omada and for Health Systems
  • Strong c-suite and executive relationships with both national as well as large regional health systems
  • Understanding of Health System operations and revenue drivers across risk arrangements and quality measures. You should be fluent with fee-for-service constructs, the spectrum of value-based arrangements, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, HEDIS, and more
  • Experience building out and executing against Go-to-market strategies for Health Systems, including developing annual plans, setting corresponding objectives, and ensuring accountability
  • Experience negotiating and developing contracts that achieve business objectives
  • Experience managing post deal implementation and go-to-market
  • Have extensive experience building out teams from start to scale
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills that'd serve you both with C-suite executives
  • Influence the direction of the nation's primary care infrastructure and help paint a vision that today's PCPs need new, digital toolkits in their tool boxes
  • Add a material new revenue stream to Omada's business, which is core to the strategy and synergistic with other pieces of Omada's GTM
  • Serve on Omada's Commercial Leadership Team and influence our strategic direction as a business
  • Thrive in creative, imaginative sales environments where you and your prospects help shape a companies strategy with a spirit of partnership
  • Love thinking with a systems mindset, understanding stakeholders, value drivers, and constants
