Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related work experience.
  • Demonstrable experience writing comprehensive and detailed requirements for software features or solutions which address both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing, utilizing tools such as SQL and Python for data analysis and workflow optimization using cloud-based platforms such as Presto, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Working knowledge of modern data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI to drive insightful decision making.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to build intuitive, data-driven user journeys.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications networks, infrastructure and protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of networking protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Product for the Elastic SIP Trunking team based in United States
  • Responsible for the roadmap, requirements and prioritize releases for your engineering team
  • Write detailed and technical product requirements for your engineering team
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors
  • Run Looker (SQL queries) to track adoption, and success metrics, and KPIs. Create hypothesis and validate with data and customer testimonials
