Requirements
  • Sales leader with 5+ years of successfully managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to net new customers
  • Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to maximize customer value
  • Selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 AE’s towards maximizing subscription-based ARR within a defined region
  • Work with other sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for our target market
  • Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams
  • Contribute at a strategic level by targeting new market segments, verticals, and use cases
Desired Qualifications
  • Selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
