  • 2-4+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations experience at a software company
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Chili Piper
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills (required), and introductory knowledge of other programming languages is a plus

  • Manage Salesforce instance for data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption
  • Drive execution and optimization of sales tools to improve team productivity
  • Provide strategic support to initiatives such as lead routing, developing territories, forecasting performance, setting quotas, and capacity planning
  • Design and implement workflows and processes for GTM teams
