Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with your region’s direct store distributors (DSDs).
  • Work closely with DSDs to ensure effective product distribution, timely deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently represented according to company guidelines in all retail outlets.
  • Implement and execute merchandising plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Conduct training sessions for retailers and DSDs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful product placement and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on market trends and opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key local retailers.
  • Collaborate with retailers to understand their needs, provide product education, and ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Work closely with other sales leaders to ensure alignment with overall company sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, including identifying and targeting chains, new categories of stores, etc., and deploying DSDs against them.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify sales opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Establish sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance against these goals.
